SPRET operates from its own training location in Hegelsom (municipality of Horst aan de Maas), near Greenport Venlo, and is easy to reach by car, public transport, both bus and train, and from the nearby airports.
By car:
From the A67:
Take exit 39 towards Venlo-Tradeport West. At the traffic lights take the Eindhovenseweg (N556) towards Sevenum and Horst. Continue your journey for 8 km. You cross the railway crossing (Horst-Sevenum) and continue straight ahead, until the roundabout with an artwork of a rooster. At this roundabout, turn left towards Hegelsom. Now take the large gate on the left side. Follow the SPRET signs on the site.
From the A73:
Take exit 11 towards Horst-Sevenum. At the traffic lights take the Meldersloseweg (N556) towards Sevenum and Horst. Continue your way for 4 km. You pass the Esso petrol station and continue straight ahead until the next roundabout with an artwork of a rooster. At this roundabout, turn right towards Hegelsom. Now take the large gate on the left side. Follow the SPRET signs on the site.
With public transport:
SPRET is easily accessible by public transport.
By train:
By train you arrive at station Horst-Sevenum. From the station it is about 20 minutes’ walk to SPRET. For this you walk down the station square and turn right towards Horst. At the roundabout with an artwork of a rooster, turn left and at the large gate you walk left onto the terrain. Follow the SPRET signs on the site.
By bus:
Take line 70 or 80 from any bus station nearby. You can also order a call bus (no. 789). Get off at bus stop Hegelsom. Walk towards the roundabout and head towards Hegelsom. At the large gate you walk left onto the terrain. Follow the SPRET signs on the site.
From the airports:
